Your responsibilities
- Active participation in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks
- Scheduling and assigning specific tasks to employees
- Ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out efficiently and on schedule
- Providing technical support to the team in the event of technical issues and malfunctions
- Participating in optimization and improvement projects for machinery and equipment
- Continuously improving maintenance processes
What you bring to the table
- Completed technical training, ideally with further training leading to a master craftsman/technician certification or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in maintenance
- Strong technical understanding and broad technical expertise
- Excellent communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
